EASY ROMESCO SAUCE RECIPE AND OLIVE OIL REVIEW

Ingredients:
1 Cup Blanched Almonds
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Roasted Red Peppers (peeled after roasting and deseeded)
1 Can crushed tomatoes (no skin or seeds)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt to Taste

Blend all romesco ingredients in a blender or food processor until desired texture
