Thanks gor the informative videos. I was wondering about what you ssid in another video, that Kokkinos Pirgos is up and coming. So sad to see Greece taken such a hit from the Covid but I'm looking to buy a house or condo in that area and by the time I retire next summer as prices are now lower. That local micro climate gives such a long swim season, holiday season, that I see huge investments coming into that area. New airport will ramp up soon, open. The Timpaki airport is very valuable real estate, it will be sold to investors one day soon. Anyway would love to get your insights into an 100 to 150k euro investment. I think rental prices will jump big time soon as the Covid is over with. And that area has those great attractions, being Matala, Pitsidia, Kalamaki and Kokkinos along with Agia Galini. All different, all awesome in their own way.
