is the rose note similar to MFK satin mood where its sweet and dense? It doesnt sound like POAL would have much sweetness but rather spicy and rose

I always loved the opening of POAL. The drydown on my skin though is kinda simple. Frankincense and rose is basically all I get, especially in the sillage. But I always come back to fragrances, so I'll give it another shot in the future.

I received this in a sample and my husband (who is picky when it comes to scents) walked in the room and loved it. It is an amazing perfume! Great review and description. I do have to agree that there is a scent of oud (which is my all time favorite scent) and it is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

I have this and it is indeed beautiful, I don't find it as heavy on the rose as you do though. The dry down is gorgeous, mysterious and spicy

Great review, sir. I am seriously wanting to sample this one and spent that past couple hours watching Youtube videos about it. Can't wait to get my nose on it! Curious if you have ever smelled Zaharoff Signature Rosé which I have and ADORE. If you've smelled it, are they different enough? Bravo again.
