you have to be in a different mindset as a Barbarian. I was chasing enemies in a collapsing tower and was about to end my turn to far from them to attack any and was at risk of losing my rage, But our Dm was having us make reflex saves after we move or get hit by falling debris so when they asked me for a save I just said "Nah." so took a brick to skull only taking 2 damage got to keep my rage going and Gm give me advantage on an intimidating.

Healing potions work great on zealot barbarians. Literally a single healing potion and at lvl 14 you are immortal as long as you rage. At lvl 15 it becomes harder to stop your rage, and at lvl 20 you can't die as long as you avoid sleep.
