Here is my version of Authentic Konkani Delicacy - Solkadhi.
It's yum, it's tangy, it's spicy, in short it's super flavorful :)
Definitely a must try.

Ingredients :
√1 Medium Sized Coconut grated to extract Coconut Milk
√12-15 Kokum, soaked in warm water for 1.5-2.0Hrs, then strained to get Only the extract
√Sugar and Salt as per your taste
√1 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
√1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
√1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
√1 Green Chilly cut into pieces
√1 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
√8-10 Curry Leaves
√2 Garlic Cloves
√Handful of Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
