Pleinairstudy 'Kirken i Højer'. Timelapse.

Показать описание
2 afternoons spent on studying the old church of small town Højer (1200 inhabitants)
Pleinair: wonderful in may, spring in Denmark, sat outside to chirping birds and sunshine.
I have worked as an artist always (born 1964) and received some education in pleinair study, but not academic training. Over the last couples of years my interest in pleinair studies is increasing, and I really enjoy performing this discipline again.
- Had troubles wrapping the camera around the fence next to me, so bear over with the silly angles.
I was able to stay for ten lovely days before duties awaited at home, but the invitation was for a longer period...I had the priviledge to be the very first guest of his residency-dreams, as they are not yet official...and the flat you get is good. The hotel owner drove me around, showed me the area and suggested places of interest to draw, and each time we had some nice chats. So grateful.
I graduated from the then Danish Design School DDS in 1996, now KDAK, as part of the royal danish academy. And work full time as artist, with exhibitions, commissions and what I like, mostly drawings, but also photos, as I develop into photocollages in photoshop.
I have a good variety of skills and make use of different materials and techniques. And work with naturalistic and expressive expressions among many...
My videoskills though are rather primitive...mostly just for fun an to share my art and nature experiences...
