My dad found a gun in a box behind our house when he was digging a new flower bed up, there was a note inside of it that read yes it took a life, my dad got freaked out and called the police, the gun ended up being part of an unsolved murder at a bar in town during the early 70's. our house was the house of a notorious biker gang that used it as a hide out. What was weird is that after my dad said the air in the house wasn't as thick, like a window had been opened up.

Not a time capsule but pretty freaky - my brother was working on his house. It was an old house and inside a kitchen wall he found the remains of what he thought was an infant. Police were called, construction halted until forensic results were in, it turned out to be a monkey skeleton.

At my Elementary school we had a time capsule that we would open by the end of the school year and we put various stuff in there that we would keep like pieces of paper that had words sharing stuff about our school
