I'm always a little jaded about news stories about sexism in the industry when they cross my path but then I see these frank discusions between women working in the industry and I double take. You would think we would be past this, given attitudes in most cosmopolitan cities (LA especially), but directors are still asking for actors to turn up in bikinis.

Maybe I'm spoilt because I live where I do and where I have, but it honestly blows my mind that this still happens.

I am a big fan of Emmy. What I like about her is how versatile of an actress she is as it's hard to believe it's the same actress from "Phantom of the Opera" that's in "Shameless." She has a beautiful singing voice and it's a shame because I feel like she is underappreciated. In my opinion, she's one of the most talented, current actresses. You can't fake talent like hers...you either have it or you don't.

I felt like half of the women were against Emmy at the end of this if you watch the full version. I just think they disliked her for her unapologetic confidence and different opinions especially America Ferrera who was whingeing about her career and Emmy quite rightly told her to get a new agent
