The Ontario government should offer skilled trades training to criminals/those repeat offenders that are on a never ending cycle of crime, arrest, bail, repeat. Instead of bail, send these citizens to boot camp where skilled trades training, housing, food is provided, free of charge. This will provide the province of Ontario with the millions of skilled trade workers they expect to successfully gain from this program. Ultimately everyone wins with one of those good paying jobs while ending a life of crime.

It’s not about a program it’s about paying money for the amount of work people do, average house is a million yet a brick layer will only get 5K to brick the house

1 out of millions of ex cons that ACTUALLY made the effort to better themselves and they use her, while the other 99.99% are just in and out of the system, not taking responsibility for their action but to just get hand outs, i have yet to see a ex con actually do the hard work and follow societal rules, show us the numbers before you claim BS
