Good fences make good neighbors. It's tough to reclaim your property from neighbors who used it as if it was theirs while a previous owner was inattentive. My property was like that, and it was also a dumping ground. I filled a 30 yard refuse bin with the garbage that was on my property. I definitely understand how you feel about the issue you're having.

There are people who see a secluded spot near a road and they dump their garbage. A man dumped his garbage in our stone quarry and left his name and address in his garbage. Of course, he was hauled into court.

Had the same problem from the neighbours on my 200 acre property, went and saw them, had a chat about trespassers on the property and damage done, not saying I knew who they were, but I asked them for their help with the problem, as I live 200k away and only get out there once a month, well now they go on the property often, keeping an eye out for me, haven't had a problem since.

Install more trail cams. Post signs that say this property is under surveillance. Print the photos of trespassers and post them to local media. Good luck my friend.
