Why can't i ever find anyone who uses " Load Objects" in Arc Map? it allows you to LOAD cad data into an existing GIS feature class and allows mass attribution prior to committing the new features to the existing feature class in GIS. In my case I have developing engineers submitting new waterlines in cad format to our water company and I need the 8" waterlines out of their cad drawing to be added into our GIS waterline feature class but also attribute them properly during the Load process
