Pret exploits and abuse their employees. ..thats true fact...I can say after working 5 years there..

I need to contact this guy, if anyone could put me in touch with him that would be great. Pret does so many wrong this to their workers in a daily basis, this has to stop.

i know someone who worked for pret and had problems with manager all the time. not paid for overtime shouted at i dont go there.

He should go to a Employment Tribunal. People can't be sacked for organising a union. Hope he keeps up the good fight.

I do hope you've put a case in to the Employment Tribunal. Dismissal for union activities is automatically unfair.

I've seen the documents and put it to Andrej about the homophobic comment claim, he denied outright being homophobic.

It seems unusual if he was homophobic in Dec 2011 that he would be fired in Nov 2012 for it.

according to the pret website(there is a statement now) apparently he was let go due to homophobic comments to a colleague.
"All our employees are free to form or join a trade union. Andrej's dismissal was for repeatedly threatening a member of his team, and not for any other activity.Pret will not tolerate homophobia or threatening behaviour."
I think there is more to this story than the above video (I don't work for Pret, the only interaction I have with it when I buy lunch there occasionally)
