Cambrai was the battle where the brits used a shit ton of tanks on planks right. Where the terrain was muddy and hard to pass thy just threw planks under the tanks If I’m correct. They made a surprise attack and made it a decent way with little to no resistance into enemy lines but once they nearly reached the city thst they were pushing for the defensive started to push back and after two week the allies were within a mile of their starting spot
Edit: there was a extremely large number of tanks they were used in the battle and it sparked a new tactic of combat. Heavy armour and heavy rounds

Fun fact, the British Landship aka the Mark series had genders, the male Landship had cannons, machine guns, and sometimes a mortar, and the female Landship only had machine guns. In WW1 tank-on-tank combat was pretty rare and most tanks were designed to be purely used against infantry.
