Please comment on this point if supplier is not filing gst return and buyer is not unable to claim input credit. Whether msme compliance has to be considered or not.

I am manufacturer and i purchase raw material from trader, first of all does this make a senses that i take 30 days to make a product from that raw material and then how can i pay for it when i will receive my money after 45 days of billing. This is nothing but just government starting looting legally 😢😢

Mam, let's a creditor have opening balance as on 1.4.23 is 50, 000 nd during the year we have made purchase from that creditor of amt 30, 000 so total amount is due 80000 but we paid 60000 during the year then.Have I need of payment rest 20000, if I say that i paid 30000 as fully amt of current year purchase nd rest 30000 from opening balance.

ek creditor se last year ka forwarded balance h 30 lakh ND maine un se is year bhi purchase Kiya is year ka purchase Mera 50 lakh h so total 80 lakh hogya toh sir agar m unko 50 lakh pay kr deta hu ND balance 30 lakh Bach jaega Jo ki Mera opening balance bhi tha toh kya is pr koi disallowance hoga ya nhai sir ya phir mujhe unka Pura 80 lakh hi pay krna h.
