Spokane police detain suspect in shooting near homeless camp

Spokane police arrested a man early Wednesday morning they say fired shots into the homeless camp near I-90 and Freya. Police said the shooting was not random.

Time for the city to clear that camp. Obviously the fence made no difference. Bus them all to California where they will have better services.
