But the problem here is you have written a procedure on processing.

If I refresh every time data will be inserted to the table.

And even not added validation to fields.
Can you prepare a video with validation to the above application. Incase field is empty my procedure should not insert data to table. And if all fields are filled after insertion the page values should be reset to null. So that on page refresh insert will not happen.

It is very difficult listening to an Indian accent. I think they should consciously take their time and speak English so non Indians can hear them well.
