What a coincidence, I had a real friend name Emma who had felt the same way about her anxiety since middle school, I’m so proud of her that she tried to face her fears by being confident knowing that she’s not alone in public. She’s really lucky to have a friend like Damien and Natalie.

I'm glad this story didn't end up as a betrayal of friendship between the three. Instead it focuses on sharing your experiences good or bad. No one should have to live in pain alone and you shouldn't think about regret. If that person is true and trust worthy you should know that they would never judge you for anything you've ever done we all have our reasons. Sometimes we have to be brave, I know that most people will care about what others say about them. This all leads to insecurities that lower our self confidence. We must learn to love ourselves and embrace our whole being, you are perfect the way you are.
