New Taylor A Series Acoustics and GS Mini Bass at NAMM 2017

Taylor showed up to NAMM this year with a whole bunch of great new instruments for beginners. The new A-series guitars are Taylor's most affordable standard models yet, with playability specifically catered for students. We also took a look at the brand new GS Mini Bass.

Hats off to Taylor for coming out with some new product. They could sit back and keep making their (outstanding) usual models, but they seem interested in innovating.

i wonder why d'addario was the one that made the specific strings for taylor's gs mini bass, is elexir way better than taylors now?

I thought most Taylors were 1 11/16" nut width. Too narrow for me.

Of course these are made in Mexico plant. Herr Trump wants to impose a 35% tariff on all goods manufactured outside of the USA that enter the USA. that entry level of $499 will probably end up in the low $700 range. Also how are they dealing with the import restrictions imposed on all species of rosewood by the new regulations from CITES Appendix II
