Senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan walked out of an interview with CNN’s pro-Israeli journalist Jim Sciutto, who repeatedly questioned Hamas’ role in the Gaza war, failing to address Israel’s killing of over 40,000 Palestinians.

The argument that it is always HAMAS's fault that Palestinians are killed is so pernicious. You know the IDF could have implemented different tactics other than simply carpet bombing Gaza to reach their targets, right? They could have sent men on the ground. Hell, they also could have behaved in a way that wouldn't have led to October 7th from even occurring. But Israel continued to double down, treat Palestinians like dirt. When you kick the beehive for 7 straight decades, you shouldn't be surprised if you get stung.
