When Josh and Gabbie were trying to coax Ollie to remember the word jjajangmyeon to me it looked liked parents trying to teach their child words 😆

In US "Let's order a Chinese takeout"
In UK "Let's order a Indian takeout"

Resident Indian fan here to clarify... The reason the same food tastes different can also be because of the recipe. India is VERY regionally diverse and so the same dish can taste different every few kilometres. Another interesting thing that I noticed here is that these dishes had coconut in them to mute the spice... Coconut is common in south Indian dishes and what you had were all north Indian dishes so that's something unique too...

“The representative English dish is a type of Indian curry.”
That sentence carries a lot of weight.

“It’s a pacifist curry.” So many Ollie gems just fly under the radar 😂

As an Indian from India...I'm not sure how I should feel... it's a very weird kind of cultural shock

Legend has it, an english customer was served a chicken tikka, and then found it too dry, and asked the chef for some gravy. The chef improvised with a tomatoey garam masala sauce - and the Chicken Tikka Masala was born.

"You get an Indian takeaway as a family. That's like a tradition." I'm so confused and shocked right now, I had no idea 😂 Never have I ever heard something like that as an Indian. But I love it! I absolutely love it when cultures meet!! Good job guys!

im feeling very uneasy watching them eating rice using forks instead of spoon and 'spooning' the gravy using the forks, but its amusing in the same time XD

This is exactly the same as Chinese food is in the US. It's very different from actual Chinese food and Americans eat it all the time.

Watching this reminds me of my postgrad life in UK. Indian takeaway is a life-safer for students under deadlines. I used to order sweet naan, coke, chicken tikka masala/fried chicken and fries from Just Eat. 😂

The way ollie narrates how curries in england are like individuals in soccer team (with the "ala" euro cup background sfx) and the way his sounds play along the sfx are just totally funny and spot on 😂😂😂😂

I greatly appreciate when Jolly explained how korean 짜장면 tastes differently from the one in China, they used “koreanized” and “created” instead of 짜장면 being “invented” in Korea”. Thanks for respecting the originality of the food and the culture. You guys are always humble and respectful! Look forward to watching more of amazing videos!
