LEGO wouldn't create General Arcturus from LEGO NINJAGO...

LEGO never made General Arcturus from Lego Ninjago. He appears in the tournament of the elements - a show created by LEGO. I took inspiration from several pictures from the show to create an accurate custom General Arcturus.
