Well shoot. I thought I was supposed to prune them in winter and came here for tips. Turns out I'm six months late!

Mine actually started blossoming in November, and another in January. I live in Mexico.

My azaleas have been neglected. They have become very woody and some branches have grown into the ground and become like roots. Some look quite dry - we live in northwest Georgia so it’s fairly humid but they are on a hillside and in partial afternoon sun. Any thoughts?
