Few days ago my School sent my transcripts to WES without my Academic Record request form, which I discovered I will need to fill it and my institution need to fill their portion.
(1) Will this error render the whole process null and void?
(2)Should I need to send Academic Record request form after the School has sent my transcripts?
(3) please give me the guidelines to help me resolve this issue(error).

Thanks for the information. I just have a quick question ? I completed my Masters of Science degree (2yr program) in uppsala university, Sweden. If i check that in the WES by using degree equivalency tool, i am unable to check because of the issue while selecting the number of years studied.
Do you think WES will assess my master degree and give the
