Thoughtful, well coordinated design. Only four suggestions. 1. Ground floor bedrooms are too exposed to peeping with those floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the patio. 2. Having a direct sight-line from the main entrance to the kitchen and living area compromises the residents' privacy every time a delivery person or guest shows up at the door. 3. The oval opening in the second floor is wasted space because you can't really use that second floor ''room'' ... better to just have the double height opening as the complete rectangle. 4. Washing machine and dryer outdoors is asking for failure of these appliances as they are definitely not designed to be outdoor devices, especially the modern electronic controls. Exactly my taste with the clear lines, colors and materials. However, what strikes me about all creations is the always unrealistic high number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I would like more ideas for households with fewer people. Since obviously no basements or attics are planned, the planning of storage space is completely missing. The size of the house requires at least two storage rooms on the ground floor and larger areas for wardrobes overall. That may not be very sexy, but it would then be more realistically geared towards everyday needs.

Greetings from Indonesia! I just found your channel and I’m amazed by your clean and sleek designs that I really love. It makes me wonder how would you make a hillside 3-floors house with reversed floors (first floor at the top) with a youtube studio, a spacious living room, and a laundry room on 20*25m lot. It’s just unusual to see this particular type of house design, and it might add a little bit advantage to have it on your channel ;)

Hey, I noticed most of your design is kinda 'boxy' i mean dont get me wrong it is fantastic and beautiful but i kinda hope to see something different, like a courtyard in the middle for air circulation, or an L shaped design house. That would be more variety to viewers and expanding your skills as a designer as well.
