I went to this military party with my dad and under each table was a MASSIVE wolf spider, they were as big as my dad’s hands.

Those things sometimes get into my place. Thankfully they're non-venomous, or at least that's what I've been led to believe. Anyway, they usually end up dying behind cupboard doors. Always startling to see though.

That’s a Carolina wolf spider (Hogna carolinensis). They are considered the biggest wolf spider in North America and can get 4 inches in leg span.

Bahahaha - mate dont come to Australia lol we have these 3 times this size in my paddocks lol 😂😂😂😂 They are out at night and easy to spot with a head torch as their eyes glow green reflecting the light 😂😂

Also these are so fast AND THEY JUMP - I cannot believe you put your head that close 😂😂

Your going to say I am crazy but when I was delayed to Iraq in 2009. Myself and 3 other people saw something that looked just like a giant wolf spider one night on our fob. It killed and run off with a cat. It was definitely not a camel spider. I Saw camel spiders all the time. they really didn't get much bigger than the spider you're looking at in this video. And they look kinda like A scorpion If its mixed with a spider-ish. I wish I knew what it was we saw. I know there's no way a spider could get that big. It's body without its legs was about the size of a 2 l bottle. it looked exactly like a Wolf spider but all black

I had no idea wolf spiders could get that big! my wife was telling me they do she was born in Atlanta, raised in Alabama, but here in upstate New York they don’t get very big, I used to pick these up with my fingers… they did bite, but it was never anything serious…😅
