I swear today has been an awkward day. I ran into a young guy that turned out to be a private trainer. I got his information. Then my mother and I went to Burger King to get food to go. I ate a few bites only to find a long ass hair in my food causing me to just....yeah. I lost my appetite and I told myself "no gagged until I couldn't gag anymore. An hour later I get on and I see this video. I take it as a sign from my ancestors and the orishas that I need to get my health and diet in order <3 Love the video! Blessings to you Rock :-)
