I asked my local insurance agency for a quote just out of curiosity. 12, 000 a year vs my 4, 000 Citizens’s policy.

Just moved here last year and am having some regrets having not looked into this prior

Why can't we choose the type of coverage we want to have after we fully own the house. Just like car insurance.

Exactly I knew what would happen. My insurance went from $4000-$11, 000 so I switch to citizens just like a lot of other people did and now they raise their rates. Wait until they get you real them in and then raise the rates. Where I live there’s only two insurance companies that insure. And how many millions of dollars a year is the CEO making? disgusting as if people are not up to their heads in increased living expenses.
They say Florida is approving five new companies but these insurance companies are allowed to pick and choose what areas they want to insure. my basic living expenses car insurance, gas, food, mortgage etc. is around $700 will it was pre-pandemic.
Thanks Joe, it’s funny how Biden voters don’t even like Biden anymore. Now everybody’s kicking themselves in the butt
