If there's a pivot, it won't be because we have a recession, but because we have debt implosion. What happened to the glit bonds can and will happen also to US Treasuries. UK government has an insane financial plan, the market sold of the glit, and BOE had to pivot to backstop it.

US government is spending even more than before and rates are hiking. US government debt service cost is going to be more expensive than the cost to service the military. At some point, they'll have to turn around or they'll break the treasuries market.

I've learned that there is a gap to fill from around October 2020 at 3180 which is why I have been calling it will get to 3150 to cover that gap...at some point. I suspect we will keep going a tad in this rally until we hear that the FED are not going to pivot yet and probably not pause either unless they consider the UN's request is justified at which point we will fall to that 3150.
