I hate to break it to you, but I've been on SSI for a long time and I can say this a lot of these rules are unconstitutional based on the poverty line, the minimum wage, the cost of living, as well as the fact that these rules ties Social Security to Medicare insurance which makes it out to be like a legal bribe to keep the disabled person under $2, 000, it's not that they have to make either $5, 000 or $10, 000 just to pay their medical debt without insurance.

This is the exact reason why we need Universal Basic Income and Social Security reform, because this is a violation of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment so long as the cap is not at $12, 000 a year per account.

Ssi, is a bad joke designed keep people in poverty.
Ssi, is not government assistance, its government insistence insisting that you stay poor.
Assistance, is something which helps the betterment of oneself, which SSI most certainly does not do.
In reality one cannot live on this measly amount of money nor can one make enough extra to matter because big government incorporated will take away their poverty insistence.
Ssi, is a slap in face to all disabled individuals.
Its a disgrace to this country and an undisputed testament to the deluded dollar addicted politicians clogged up in the powers of government.

According to a letter about SSI that I received on Oct 2021, there is a requirement that an applicant be "at least age 65... OR, ... be blind or disabled", which seems to expand the disability requirement stated here.

I had this problem when my lawyer and I won my case and then I go to some man named Lee and I think he tricked me he told me if I signed this paper I will get disability and SSI but the next following we went back he said all I can get is SSI can he take away my winning in court

I am very very very strongly for my taxpayer money to be spent relocating the US National capital to the Southeast corner of Montana and nationalizing all of the Telephone companies and all of the railroads than on the hate crime against the so-called disabled Supplemental Security income program and Social Security Disability.

I very, very, very strongly want the SSI-Disability program to be totally abolished as it is an hate crime and there are no disabled people. Bring back the Work Progress Adminstration instead to reduce poverty.
