why is the picture not showing when i extrude it?

I have a 2070s and r7 3700x and when I click "add image" it stays white but when I press okay and look the footage I see the image abit to the side lol. It doesnt show the image in element 3D

Edit: I fixed it, if you're having issues do this (go to diffuse and click that) then click on the arrow next to custom layer and click "load from file" (a search box should open up to your system files) now search for your image and it should work

(also you have to play in the UV offset/ UV Repeat or change texture mapping to either box or UV) just play around in settings to which might work for you

7:24, when i press the layer i dont see it in the cube :(, i connected it to the custom layers and textures (edit) nevermind, i figured out my own way on how to do it! but if you can still recommend something to avoid troubleshooting pls let me know! :)
