Call me cynical but I'm not buying nurses crying over a patient they're trying to save. Nurses are super professional and they Do Not Cry during emergencies.

I wish her mother in law would leave plastic surgery alone. Why won’t these women let gravity do its thing? These surgeries make them look older faster and it’s obvious. Not only that, but do people discipline kids these days? I was never allowed to run wild like that in anyone’s house as a child. It’s not cute. Family or not kids need boundaries and on all these reality shows the little children are usually running around with no boundaries.

Emily has been through some heavy stuff. It's clear now that Mr Shane grew up extremely priveledged vs Emily's more humble beginnings. Now I see why he feels like he has license to act like he's "above" her. That is not a humble man.
