Loved all of it but no closet in the bedroom would be an issue

I would get rid of the french doors in front of the couch so i could put a big screen tv up on the wall.

The more I see of tiny homes the more I will design and build my own. I am not paying for what others value and raises the cost. Not to mention each design I have seen has modifications that would need to be made. All GOOD thanks for your time and sharing the video as it keeps my ideas for my perfect design within my means flowing.

Re storage: I'm holding off on cabinetry for living, bed and bath. I need to be able to walk through it to relate to it. Mint deserves the real credit for the amazing kitchen. They made all the recommendations and I said yes. I'll take credit for all the glass tho!😊

This is beautiful and open. I’ve watched tiny home content for years, and some floor plans (like this one) are much more livable than what we saw a few years ago. I agree that more closets would be great, but this looks like it could really work for the right person.

Love the doors in the living and kitchen, and love the kitchen and bathroom…major miss for me is lack of clothing storage. Suggest stealing that dead corner next to the toilet to make a closet or to embed a wardrobe and adding lots of vertical storage in the bedroom.

Loved it, at least you can walk around the bed.

Great job on all of the nice finishes. I didn’t see where there was any storage for clothing 🤔 (closet) or a few linens ❤

This actually is my tiny! Literally, I flipped on the TV to watch the morning news today, and this was the first thing in my YouTube feed. I knew nothing about it. And I am totally OK with that! It gets delivered this Saturday (it's Wed), and this just adds to the excitement. And a very nice job on the video, Drew. If I do say myself. The wildest thing is, and I hate to admit it, I have never seen your channel until it popped up today. I've been a tiny video fanatic for about 5 years and I thought I had run out of options, since I watch incessantly! So I'm even happier, now that I have another channel to binge on. And Lastly...a HUGE shout out to Mint Tiny House Company. These guys are absolutely, positively amazing, in every aspect!!! I'm was a buyer in a previous life and a complete PIA when it comes to details and wanting the sky, moon and sun! They have surpassed my expectations from day one through today.

This is a beautiful home. I like the kitchen and bathroom. For my taste, i like a kitchen pantry and upper cabinets with a bigger fridge. The bedroom needs a closet. Two many sliding doors. I wouldn't put one in the living room so you have a place to put your TV.

I love this home. Not a fan of the ones with a loft. Seeing all of the comments (especially the harsh ones) makes me wonder why folks don't read/listen. Either way, the fact that it's custom makes me dream of what I could/would change/add. The problem for me is that I'm not in BC. But I have saved this video and will definitely build my dream tiny home soon! Thanks

Wow, living large in a 400 sq ft tiny home sounds fascinating! I can't wait to see the perfect layout that maximizes every inch of space. It's incredible how creative design can transform a small area into a comfortable and functional living space. Looking forward to being inspired by this unveiling!

Well you asked.... i really love the exterior.. im a big fan of red. I would take away the set of doors in the livingroom and uss that wall for the TV, electric fireplace (maybe), some shelves around TV for book storage. I would put hooks just to the left of big kitchen doors for jackets and righg below hooks i would put an IKEA shoe storage with flip down cabinet? .. its very slim. Then in the kitchen i would put a desk under window instead of the counter and kitchen storage. I would put a pull out pantry next to refrigerator. Then i would put ikea wardrobes to the left when you enter the bedroom. To the right you could put a ladder to a small storage loft above the bathroom.... if you'd want it.

Its a very pretty home with a good layout. It is just missing storage and has too much glass. Those 3 double sets of doors would allow so much heat in in the summer and too much heat loss in the winter.

The doors are great if you live in a mild climate. In the cold north, they would make it hard to keep the house warm in the winter. There is no closet in the bedroom---was there one in the hall that I missed? I do like the 10' width of the place, but I would make one of those French doors a conventional door and cut down on heat loss. If you live in a buggy climate, you can't have them wide open without screens, anyway.

I would move the living room french door to the end ( where currently is the window and doggy door is)...and use the wall place for library/fireplace/ tv combo across from the couch. I would also build in the fridge and have extra storage above. Beautiful colors/textures.
