China launches 4 experimental satellites atop Long March 2D rocket

A Chinese Long March 2D rocket lofted a pair of satellites developed by the Two Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology and two other satellites for the Harbin Institute of Technology and the DFH Satellite Co., Ltd. on Feb. 19, 2020.

So this was the second Chinese rocket launch in 2020...can anyone from china tell me what was the objective of the launch in january 2020 ? Not much about that is covered in media so far.
