Honestly, this demo is actually sick. Im trying this software out today. Best tangible Ai use case I've seen so far. If this also is available for renters it would be extremely helpful for even more people.
What i also like about this guy is that he is honest about the jobs this type of thing will displace and what value add the realtor can add to stay relevant that ai will struggle to meet.
His insights about further use cases and the next few years and the value of vertical ai is really insightful too.

They digitalized and gathered a lot of data I did not see a lot of AI in this. The calculations and data processing I saw here had nothing to do with AI in specific terms. The only thing that maybe had sth to do with AI was the forecasts.

People are really stupid. Nothing in this system has AI in it. Everything is cross-referencing data query and is the data which is the actual value. AI is just a buzzword for marketing. Machine learning is useful, but here I don't see a big usage of something not available with the traditional approach. But snake oil is always popular. :)

I wonder if this guy considered in his average calculations that in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, etc. 3 bedroom apartments are shared by 3 people. And that in Japan ceilings are 7 foot and beds are folding into walls.
