The amount of tint no matter if it was legal or not was to the point where the officer couldn’t see inside the vehicle. Tyreek refusing to comply with orders and rolling his window put the officers safety at risk.

Great legal perspective on the Tyreek Hill bodycam! It's fascinating to see these interactions broken down. We actually cover a lot of bodycam footage too, keeping things quick and to the point. Keep up the great work!

I respectfully disagree with you on the last part. The officers told him numerous times to step out of the vehicle, something they are allowed to do. Instead of getting out, he got his phone out. He should have been forcefully taken out of the car. The officers A) Can't tell what he is reaching for, and B) Don't want him on his phone calling people to the scene, which ironically is what he seemed to have been doing. Had he simply rolled his window down, handed the officer his license and insurance, possibly even apologized for his driving and told them he was heading to the stadium to play ball, he would have gotten a ticket at best. This entire incident stemmed from HIS actions, not the police. Humble

You’re the type of lawyer that makes ppl escalate their behavior. That gets them into these situations. So basically what ignorant ppl are going to take from what you said. You can treat ppl rudely and badly because it’s not against the law, but if it escalates into a fight you can sue for battery. Society needs to fall already.

Hill had limo tint on that car. You cannot see into the vehicle to detect a potential danger. He was not getting out of his car if he was why did he roll his window back up and refuse to lower it. He was driving 60 mph over the posted speed limit. That will dictate a trip to the station with your vehicle being towed away. You try it and see what happens. This guy is a California lawyer that's for sure.

"Hill did not refuse to get out of car". Not true. He clearly in the body cam video argued and did NOT comply on getting out of vehicle. He was forced out by PD because HE WAS NOT COMPLYING. Its obvious in video.

For some reason, I don't think this is Hill's first run with the law. Sadly Hill complied but on his own time and not the officer's. The officer's is not going to say, "Take your time and until you pull out a gun and shoot at us." If Hill would have complied, all it would have been was a simple ticket since he stated that he is rich and moving on to the game. Then Hill stated he had surgery or something like that with his leg and played a full game of football. Lol, Hill is a trip!!

"Officer safety" seems more about creating the opportunity for officer violence.

He give him his id . What’s else do u want . The id has all the information. Most question cops should ask is do u know what your doing . What’s your name can I have a id. Most people now say no coz of there right.

Or instead of telling me what I'm seeing, you can let me see it and explain what you like and don't like afterward. But that is not the way media is conducted these days. Now the media only likes to show you what is the more emotionally charged version of any event.

There were 4 cops on the scene. If they wasn’t so reactive and more proactive they could’ve built up a case for themselves if he didn’t get out of the vehicle. Impulsive Cops, didn’t control the environment, allowed pedestrians to interfere, didn’t deescalate situation after a successful detainment of Hill. Now look allow the media to overshadow Miami PD handlement of the situation, while Hill scoring TD’s.

Please review F.S. 901.151 regarding ID requirements.
Florida is NOT a generic stop and ID state.
TH did comply with providing his ID.
Officers in this incident were clearly unnecessarily aggressive.
This whole "for officer safety" 🐃💩 is an obvious manipulation by emotionally weak leos.

His biggest ignorance was being disrespectful to a police officer "while driving while black"
