People usually hate Sakura cause in Naruto (anime) she always punched Naruto and didn't care much about him, but later she changed, the same thing is with boruto, people hate him cause he didn't respect Naruto, if you think Sakura is obsessed with sasuke then don't you think you are obsessed with Naruto, saving others is a doctor's work but also saving the doctors when they need help is ours responsibility, and at present her character is good(many people haven't watched boruto so they don't even know), and it's explains why she is one of the strongest kunoichi
