I have never experienced a product so indescribably difficult to operate. Especially for this price. I will never be purchasing from this company ever again, and I will be sure to never recommend it to everyone I know. This is coming from a customer who has spent over 1, 000$ on your products. I will always go with your competitor from now on. Thank goodness there are a lot of options now. You guys got lucky because you were the first to produce high quality panels.

Can't even count how many times I had to reset it, I would NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from this brand. Everytime they update the firmware will create new problems, they should fix these issues. Never seen a market product with some many basic problems.

Mine has been stuck on dim white lights. I tried holding down the power and plus buttons to reset but it didn’t work.

My panels are stuck on white and my controller isnt working, they are only 3 month old. I paid a huge amount for the nanoleaf.

I got a new home router and was trying to reconnect my lights, this was the fix. I reset the shapes, tried to reconnect and it worked

Mine wont reset no matter how long you hold the two buttons. The power button is stuck on flashing blue and the panels are stuck on a dim white. How do I fix this?

The product pairing experience has guaranteed I will never buy these products again. It's literally gotten worse since I've owned them. Almost unusable for such an expensive product.

bro my mini triangle nanoleaf shapes wont work its just glowing white and the buttons dont work and the pairing doesnt work. if you cant help then 300$ just went down the drain

NanoLeaf is the most annoying and most expensive garbage product I own in my house. I don't know how many times I had to reset it for no reason. Now it's completely stuck in white and I canot even reset it. Expensive, unresponsive garbage is hanging on my wall and if I want to throw this crap away I have to renovate my wall -.-

I have a question for the light panels line: is there any way I can get my hands on some flex linkers for the nanoleaf light panels? Mine recently fell off the wall. The panels itself still work, but some of the flex linkers broke and I cant find new ones anywhere

They fail to pair and break a lot. I am on my second controller now they go bad quickly. Bout to need a third :( Also the app is very bad and often doesnt connect or wont scan the QR codes, but the secret lab RGB that ties into thge app works flawless unlike nanoleafs products.
