For plate tips, Mass plates are the most common full white ones in the northeast and have the red text you can sometimes make out. NY has a less common white variant and PA also is white but both have other horizontal strips. RI and CT are sorta white but have a gradient. Seeing three full white plates is how I got the state right, although my region guess was awful lol

My 13k score says otherwise, but I thought I did pretty good today:

1. Easiest Israel of my life
2. I KNEW it was New England, since I’m from MA. Sadly, I went NH, and I didn’t get the first MA in this series, which is a personal offense to me lmao. Still though, great region guess, I shouldn’t complain
3. Went Southern Russia on North Macedonia. I just don’t really know anything about North Macedonia, the completely invisible car tip is decent though. I’ll try to remember that
4. This made me mad as well. I was 50-50 on Ghana or Uganda, and I went the wrong one…fuck
5. Went Western instead of Southern. Props to you for this one, you noticed a tiny detail that I’m guessing not many people did. Also, when it’s barren Australia, I just never think to go Southern.

Rd 1 - saw the Israel flag; guessed just north of Tel Aviv.
Rd 2 - looked super similar to where my mom & dad used to live in northern MN. So I went there. How are we supposed to know that's Massachusetts?!? US is huge so lost lots of pts even though I got the country right.
Rd 3 - Cyrillic letters could be Russia, Ukraine, Latvis, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia. That's a huge area. Don't know the vibes. Guessed Russia near Crimea, was way off. Need a Cyrillic countries Geoguessr tips video.
Rd 4 - knew it was Africa; didn't feel like S. Africa or Nigeria. No rifts no not Senegal. Went Ghana & was super pleased I got it right. Knowing about the black tape on the roof rack - gonna put that meta detail in my back pocket.
Rd 5 - figured it was Australia. Finally paid attention to the car driving on the left so I could rule out S. America arid. Didn't look S. Africa arid. Went Northern Terr tho.
