I used to get obsessed with my growing bald spot. The lady who cut my hair told me I was going thin around my themes and ears. Besides, I was getting gray.
Screw that.
I shaved it in 2004 and never once wanted hair again. Hair is not worth obsessing over.

As a man that has been thinning through the years I’ve done all the styles and even learned how to cut my own hair during covid, They all work good. If you have thin hair and no crown bold spot, receding hair on front go medium to low fade, if you have bold spot go medium on sides to high fade on the back to cut the crown, blend the bold spot- My only advice is if you look similar to al Pacino young or Adrian Bailey and have a medium to large Roman nose, avoid the crew cut and buzz cut until it gets impossible to do the other styles. The other cuts will compliment sharp jawlines with medium to larger noses on men. If you hit the point you have to do crew or buzz cut, have a larger nose, be fit and minimum light stubble length that’s the same as a gap between wall tiles. I have those men’s looks minus their hair, this has worked for me with my confidence in life and getting laid. When I don’t cut my hair and keep it slick and look like a clown, I feel shit and have shit confidence. I would recommend cutting your hair every two weeks.

I cant be the only one here who hates the bald w/beard look. It’s like a sign that reads “I have no other choice but to settle and do this hairstyle.” It freakin sucks going bald. What’s up with you guys? She’s just giving her opinions on haircuts that might look good for thinning/balding people. Yeah, shaving your head will look good depending on your head shape, but she’s showing alternatives and it’s useful to look at. In the end, it’s up to you to decide what you want to rock with. I didn’t see anywhere in the video where she condemned the shaved head look.

Please guys, if you have thinning hair, listen: do NOT go with a pomade. It will accentuate your thinness, even when applied to dry hair.

Instead, choose a clay. I promise you the difference will be noticeable. Even a fiber is better than a pomade, but the clay is by far your best bet. Apply when your hair is dry. Trust me.

I use to have the thickest hair it my teens it started thinning out in my late 20s and was bald in my 30s not completely but enough for me to really hate it. For the last 5 to 10 years i have been shaving my head with the clippers #0 setting but for the last year i have accepted my fate and i now razor shave my head 4 times a week. The cleanly shaven head with a beard actually looks really good its a style i would go for even if i wasn't bald. I have also gotten into wet shaving bought so many awesome razors, brushes, artisan shave soaps with amazing scents etc etc. Let me tell you one of the best feelings on the planet is lathering soap on your head with a quality shave brush i highly recommend it.

Honestly, if you get to the point where you a lot of time worrying about losing your hair, just shave it. Stops you worrying about if anyone notices any bald spot and none actually cares if you are bald.
