I'm surprised to hear myself say this but, I agree with Trump. That reporter was being melodramatic and alarmist, while Trump sounded calm and rational.

I'm a nurse in Washington state. I hate Trump and think he's been horrible in this pandemic. But a couple of the anti malarial drugs seem to be showing good results. They've had some encouraging success up here. Really encouraging. Trump could be right on this one. I hope he is.

I'd be sick of these reporters, too. What's wrong with being positive? Typically, in a crisis you try to give people hope, not deflate them. Also, why not just try these drugs, if they're not going to cause harm, or kill someone?? They may work. I believe that they've had some efficacy with them in other countries.
