One of the most impeccable hotels Tim has visited. I couldn't help but think of all the incarnations that Singapore has been through the past 100 years: Colonial Singapore, the 1941 bombing, the up-and-coming Singapore I visited in the Eighties, and the vigorously prosperous Singapore of today.

Great Video. I stayed there on my 65th Birthday and swam in the pool, drinking a beer. One little thing you didn't mention. Not many people know it, but one of those giant electronic trees outside, actually has an elevator inside that goes up to a bar inside the tree. Very, very cool place to enjoy a drink. I you travel the world, one night at this hotel is an amazing once in a lifetime experience. A smaller room than the suite will save you some money. Thank you for this video. Great memories! Only negative, was the long rooftop pool is ice cold. Oh well. Just slide into a hot tub!

You manage to keep the straightest face whilst describing the shower facilities and capacity, which is part of why I find it so hilarious. Please never stop that bit. Besides, it's a perfectly respectable way of letting us know the relative capacity of hotels around the world.

FYI, those are watch winders. They spin so automatic watches stay winded. If they didn't spin, most will eventually stop ticking and you need to wind or move them again.

One of my favourite destinations. I’ve been fortunate to travel to Singapore many times, being a relatively short flight from Australia. I always stay on Sentosa, an oasis from the bustle of the city. Can’t wait to return later this year.

I had the pleasure of staying at Marina Bay, April 2019 for 3 nights. Best accommodation i have experienced. I know you were up on high, but i was down in the lower half. It would be worth telling your views this. When i entered my room, which over looked the Gardens, the curtain opened automatically to reveal the Gardens in all their glory. We never closed the Curtains at any point in our stay. The lights of the Gardens were of immense enjoyment in the evening.

God this room is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve always loved Singapore but have never stayed at Marina Bay. This is absolutely gorgeous!

I was lucky enough to spend a couple of day's in Singapore a few year's back, and absolutely loved the place. There is so much to see in Singapore, especially the enormous shopping malls. It's an amazing country, so clean, so organised and very beautiful.
