Hi can you show your weekly schedule with actives or different options of products for each step for different skin types. I think I'm somewhat similar to you. I have combo acne prone slightly sensitive and prone to pigmentation skin. So coming up with a comprehensive routine is a bit hard

High frequency has been used by estheticians for decades. I usually don’t talk about skin devices because there’s always a chance someone untrained will misuse it… but someone did request it.

I’ve been seeing it more and more on social media and I’ve even had a few clients tell me they use one to treat their acne at home since they can be purchased on Amazon.

If you’re not comfortable using such devices, don’t 🫶🏼.. I don’t think it’s a necessity, but it’s something I get questions about.

This 1 min video of course won’t tell you everything about using high frequency. It’s more of an intro. 😅

High frequency can be used daily but I wouldn’t exceed more than 5-10 min a day.
You can over do it!!! Which can damage the actual skin tissue, and lead to dry skin and a compromised barrier.
