The dogs must learn that they need to lie down on side of the road i believe this is a lesson for them, no offence to the animal lovers. always not curse people sometimes animals will also go crazy too they will chase the vehicles at the night time do not let anyone go on the road like they own that road 😂😂 people who work at night shifts may have experienced that. Stray dogs are crazy at night will chase people even if they know them. And their scent.
