There’s a man in Texas who does this. Then he looks for people who’s vibe he likes and he gives them a dog. He walked up to my brother and said “something tells me you need a dog”. My brother politely declined, but he said, you NEED this dog. Take her for 24 hours, and if you don’t like her, I’ll come get her. My brother brought the dog to me. It was ME who needed that dog. She’s an angel who entered my life at an incredibly dark moment, and she is absolutely PERFECT for me. I’m forever grateful to that man, for saving her, and gifting her when he felt the moment was right.
