Rebuilding The WORST Team In NHL 25

The sim is slower because of the game having to generate box scores for the whole league now in franchise mode. It is what it is i guess

Celebrini should be elite high potential to start not medium elite potential

I’ve played a bunch the past 2 days and here is a few things I noticed in Franchise this year.

Sim speed is 1000% slower and is most seen after the Deadline and sometimes it even starts after December. My guess is with all these new features they did little to no resource optimization or took last years code and slapped the new stuff in with it.

Coaches mean (a bit) less this year as scoring on medium and high shot is increased this year. Generalist coaches are no longer just two things (average scoring team or defensive first team). Generalists will actually have players who have 100+ points which was not the case before.

NMC and modified No Trade Clauses can be a little OP at times but are fairly good.

2 way players are REALLY good this year in the sim and if you can get one to work on your team you will sim really well!

Lastly Luke Hughes still does not produce like an OFD and might as well be a two way 😂.

Cool video, was nice to see Franchise run through. I hate how they didn't add in photos of players based on the in-game models (like in Madden) for those who don't have a photo. Another year of silouettes making up half your roster a couple years into Franchise...
