I love and appreciate this debate. As a scholar of international relations I will take the hat off for a moment and take the role of an ordinary African. The general feeling in the Global South is that a weakened Russia and China will give the West a free reign like they did in Iraq. Libya and other countries. A situation where the West get their way with everyone more like during the colonial days. We feel, a stronger Russia sort would balances out the abuse of power by the West.
