I'm a retired registered nurse and have worked in home health for the majority of it working with the older generation. I can totally see a huge decline in his mental capabilities since the October when he was hiding in his basement. He doesn't have long.

Let's be honest, he took the cognitive exam and it wasn't good. I conduct cognitive exams daily and nearly all patients tell me Biden needs the exam. That's more situational awareness than Biden even seems to have.
