done uniformity test was what I needed....it helped. the last two bottom left grids had an issue and calibration was helpful on my PA27ucx

After how much time after purchase should I do this? I have the 27 PA278QV so I can't use the Asus software and must use 3rd party software correct?
If I reset from the monitor menu, will that reset to factory settings after Asus factory calibration or before any calibration?

I was unable to find the calibration software for my model (PA248). Does it mean it cannot be calibrated this way?
How can I find a list of supported models in case I want to purchase one of them?

I have m1 Mac mini and since it doesn’t support m1 I calibrated this with my other intel macbook. But after calibration it looked too contrasty and when I created new icc profile with i1 profiler the results were vastly different when it should be very close(both targeted rec709, gamma2.4)
Why is that and how can I fix it?

I had to clean install my old intel Mac to even run this software which apparently doesn’t work for Mac OS big sur and later
(I could not find this information on their website and this comment section is only place I could find that)
And then when I finally did that, the results were way off.
My next monitor won’t be asus for sure.

I recently bought an ASUS ProArt PA27AC monitor, in which I updated the firmware to the MCM106 version (because I live in Poland in the European Union). Before that I used the ASUS ProArt PA279Q monitor for over seven years, which worked badly with my Mac mini M1 - it was detected in YPbPr mode instead of RGB mode.

If the USB Type-B to USB Type-A cable is connected to my Mac mini M1 from the monitor, the monitor's USB Type-A ports are detected in the system report as USB2.1 Hub, and one of the detected devices is named ASUS ProArt Calibration Device although at the moment I do not have the i1Display Pro calibrator connected to this hub. So it has to be?

If I connect the i1Display Pro calibrator to one of the USB Type-A ports on the monitor, it is detected as a separate device next to the ASUS ProArt Calibration Device.

Unfortunately, after starting the ASUS ProArt Calibration application v1.10.01, it cannot detect the i1Display Pro calibrator correctly, and the application freezes when trying to calibrate.

Will you be able to tweak this program so that it works properly on Apple computers with M1 processor?

I just bought two PA278QV monitors and I'm a bit confused as to which mode (Standard mode or sRGB mode) is the pre-calibrated one. The Calman certification sheet says it's sRGB calibrated but when I set it to that mode it's dark. Is that normal? Or am I understanding this wrong ..are all modes pre-calibrated?

i have vivobook pro 15 and the color pretty saturated and off. can this software fix it with i1display perfectly? i have to always check my color grade and retouching progress to ipad for better color and it takes a lot of work cause back and forth workflow. thanks

I have a PA32UCX-PK and both the color calibration process and uniformity calibration process freeze or crash on a pink or grey screen. I'm using an M1 2020 MacBook Pro with thunderbolt connection. It won't calibrate in either Standard or HDR mode. I have to force close the calibration software, but then the monitor stops working and I have to disconnect at the mains. No reply from Asus support. Please help!!!
