Y’all are tripping the finale was great, Tanya going on a killing spree and then killing herself on accident is hilarious

I thought it was notable that in order to get Dom to wire Lucia the money, Albie ends up selling out his mom, promising to feed her lines about Dom that might cause her to go back to him and get hurt again. He loses regard to the impact it has on his mom because he’s so caught up in saving Lucia. This and the fact that he joins his father and grandfather in turning around to look at the woman in the airport suggested that as much as he’s trying, he’s ultimately the same as the other two and hurting women due to his desire.

The shot where Cameron is flossing his teeth in the bathroom while Daphne is on the phone with their child. You can see in his reaction that Cameron is aware that their child is not his but the trainers child! They are playing games fully aware of each other but choosing not to acknowledge them to maintain the facade of happiness!

Definitely the funniest part was Tanya asking the boat captain for help because "these gays are trying to kill me", then giving up upon him saying that he's also gay

One thing I hadn’t noticed is that when Daphne was telling Harper about her trainer (a handsome blond, blue-eyed man), she basically confirms that her kids are the offspring of her trainer instead of Cameron considering neither he nor Daphne are blonde. This is also hinted when Daphne’s FaceTiming her kids and tells Cameron to come say hi. His moment of hesitation tells me he knows they’re not his and doesn’t really see himself as their father. Another one of the games this couple plays with each other.

Tanya’s life had been a drama from start to finish. She was lonely, awkward and desperately searching for love which she never found. Her final moments were as painful and tragic as her entire life had been. Let’s hope she haunts that bald headed bastard of an excuse for a husband in season 3.

I think Jack was supposed to kill Portia but he let her go

I wanted Tanya to remain a gateway guest to each White Lotus locale.

The scene in the airport where all 3 generations of Di Grasso men stare at the pretty girl shows that despite how they say they’re different from their father, not much has changed.

Also if Albie and Portia show up in the next season, it’ll definitely be as a new couple going on their first vacation who are arguing all the time.

I can’t think of darker, more tragic last words for Tanya than: “You’ve got this…”

No, no you really don’t…

Earlier in the season, the tarot reader lady got freaked out and said something like "la pazzia ti porta a suicidio" meaning the madness leads you to suicide!!! she was right lol the ending made me chuckle like why tf didn't she just walk down the steps on the back of the yacht??

Oh the finale was great. Very Mark White.
When I saw Tanya looking down at the boat, I knew she was going to drop to her death. So poetic. Season 1, Tanya was talking about her crazy mother and throwing her ashes in the ocean. She ended up just like her mother.
If Tanya were to survive, she would not be able to deal with the consequences of her actions.

Ethan and Harper came to Sicily with a lot of tension (see episode 1), and left “happier”.

Portia got what she wanted.

The Di Grasso’s are all the same, just different versions. All of them are liars who are willing to do things for women.

Mia and Lucia got what they wanted.

I don't know why people are complaining about who died. I thought it was perfect! Tanya shooting em all and then jumping off the boat to her death? That is so her character. Coolidge could submit this episode and win another Emmy.

I'm happy the locals are safe and won in the end. It was the opposite last season so I didn't want it to happen it again. Like last season, all of them could get nominated and I'd be happy. But I really need Fahy and Plaza to be in there.

Tanya didn't deserve that. Damn I feel so bad for her. She did get them though. I didn't think she had it in her. Man that was a great finale

I was terrified of the men who kidnapped Tanya for the trip to Palermo. The story was excellent; the opera, Niccolo's night with Tanya as a method to gain her trust, and Jack's crass personality and eventual deceit. The fact that Tanya figured out the entire plan and still ended up dead was just heartbreaking. She was the most lovable character of the two seasons

Can we talk about the minor character, Matteo, crying as he said goodbye to Tanya? He stayed behind as everyone left and was crying even though he barely just met Tanya.

It's really sad when you think about where we started last season with Tanya with her being happy with Greg and everything, just for that to end up like this with such a tragic ending. Jennifer did a great job with this performance though.

When I saw Tanya climbing over the railing my first thought was "Take off those heels first".

Tanya: I'm Monica Vitti

Valentina: Monica Vitti is dead, but yes
