2 reasons why i face loss -
1- Morning trades does not suit me, no matter how good my set up is, i face loss. And the trade which i take after 11:45 am, my winning accuracy is 65-70% ( in 2nd half my eyes can see price action better )
2- My psychology is second reason for loss ( after placing the SL, i sit with calm mind because i know market SL se zyada kya hi le jayega. So when trade is running against me, i am not afraid but my psychology affects when trade goes in my favor. Sounds weird but it happens because when trade goes in my favor and near my target, i wait for my RR, then price does a healthy pull back and there i loose my patience and book profit early. Which is why 65-70%winning rate also end up in loss. )

Condition favorable nahin hai trading ke liye....Market has become very unpredictable. It's not the good time to trade specially if you are not a pro trader. Market googly faink raha hai....experts bhi blunders kar rahe hai. Keep trading, if you are able to save your capital in these times then you will trade like pro in better days. But till then you have to survive and the only way to survive is to save your capital. Trade with less amount but keep trading. That's how we learn.

unknowingly I followed your 4 tip after making loss in FnO and i havent trade from August 2021 till now i am just learning and maked my own strategy. some tips which i have learned from you.
1.use stoploss
2.dont do revenge trading
if your trade is wrong close the screen.
3. learn everyday and watch market and do paper trading.
4.strictly follow your 1 strategy.
5.dont trade more then your (aukaat).
